Moving Coffee is a coffee roastery first, with a tasting lab designed to showcase its coffees in a focused, curated way rather than operate as a full café.

Moving Coffee Roasting Studio & Tasting Lab is located at:


Unit 118 – 13880 Wireless Way, Richmond, BC, Canada at the the TROVE complex


Hours

Current tasting lab hours are:

  • Monday: Closed

  • Tuesday–Friday: 9:00 am – 4:00 pm

  • Saturday: 10:00 am – 4 pm

  • Sunday: Summer & Winter Hours in Effect (Closed on Sunday in Winter)


Not a Typical Café

Our operation and menu differ from most cafés: we primarily serve black coffees, tasting flights, and retail beans, with a menu built around filter brews, and guided single origin coffee tasting flight rather than a broad lineup of flavored drinks or food items.

This format lets guests experience seasonal single-origin coffees in depth, in the environment where they are roasted.
