Hello summer, welcome back, just in time we brought in fresh in seasonal 2019 harvest from Ethiopia.
We've heard much about coffee from Yirgacheffe, Sidamo and Guji, perhaps it is a great time to bring the freshest crop from the Limu, one of the most promising coffee region in Ethiopia.
This coffee is produced in a semi-forest farming system, through 243 farms ranging between 1 and 30 hectares. The cherries are delivered at the co-operative washing station where the coffee is pulped with a Penagos pulper. The mucilage is mechanically removed after it is fermented for 12 hours. It is dried for 6-7 days on elevated drying beds
Biftu Gudina, Duromina and Nano Chala are small of the most famous co-operation’s as part of the Kotta co-operative. As part of their philosophy, we have decided to give a platform to some co-operatives that haven’t made much fame yet. This coffee in our opinion aligns our value and is simply a fantastic addition to our current offerings.
