Moving Coffee work with liked-mind partners across Canada, the USA, and selected international markets, supplying single-origin coffees for espresso and filter, as well as seasonal and prestige offerings. Whether you are opening your first café or upgrading an established program, the goal is to build a coffee lineup that fits your menu, workflow, and guest profile—not just to sell bags of beans.

Minimums, Schedule, and Logistics

All wholesale coffees are specialty-grade, roasted to order at our Richmond Roasting Studio and Tasting Lab. For most partners in Canada, the minimum order quantity starts at 20 lb per order, with specific minimums and monthly volumes for USA and private-label accounts. Production typically follows a weekly cycle (order cut-off, roast days, and dispatch), allowing partners to plan inventory and maintain freshness in service.

Beyond Beans: Training and Consulting

Wholesale partners have access to the expertise of founder Ming Sik (Edmond) Keung—a CQI Licensed Q-Grader and consultant with experience supporting chain cafés and hotels in Asia and Canada. Support can include dialing in espresso, filter profiles, menu design, equipment selection, and ongoing quality checks so that the coffee served in your space reflects the same intent as when it leaves the roastery.
